Child born with misdiagnosed hip dysplasia will undergo lifetime surgeries - $1,500,000 Settlement
Plaintiff is a minor child born with misdiagnosed congenital hip dysplasia. The delay in diagnosis will cause the plaintiff to undergo major bilateral surgeries over a lifetime. Case was settled for $1.5 million after expert witness and literature designation and a cap of only $1.6 million.
