Irv Cantor to Speak at the 2012 Southern Trial Lawyers Association
Irv Cantor will giving a presentation at the 24th Annual Conference of the Southern Trial Lawyers Association on the subject of "Use of Restatement Second of Torts - Section 411 and FCMSR Section 390-13 - to Establish Liability Against the Shipper in Tractor-Trailer Collisions."
This presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, February 15, at 4:10 pm at the J.W. Marriott Hotel in New Orleans. The "Tactics, Techniques and Strategies" symposium is designed for and limited exclusively to plaintiff's personal injury trial lawyers.
